Back to June 2018 when Kim Jong-Un has visited Singapore to meet Donald Trump. 

That was the official reason. 

The unofficial one was that he wished to go through an analysis, but his condition was that he wanted to be the only one to ask questions. 

Unfortunately for him it has not been possible.
